I've spent 17 years on the hard, operational side of trade and e-commerce: sourcing products, moving them across borders, storing them, selling them online and getting them to the customer's door. Today I lead Deals Arcade Portal LLC, the Dubai-based parent company of our businesses, with subsidiary companies in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
I started in trade in 2009 with Omeressakhan Ltd, importing cars from the USA and managing their sale. That taught me cross-border sourcing, shipping and selling first-hand. In 2013 I started BusinessArcade.com, and in 2014 established Deals Arcade Portal LLC in Dubai as the company behind it. Today BusinessArcade runs e-commerce and wholesale operations from the UAE.
Sourcing from China and the GCC, purchasing, warehousing, fulfilment and last-mile delivery became the foundation of everything that followed.
In 2017 I launched Dressfair.com in the UAE and Pakistan (Dressfair.pk); it now sells across the GCC. We entered Oman in 2022 and Saudi Arabia in 2025. Today we run our own offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Muscat, cover the rest of the GCC through partner companies, and have a team office in Rawalpindi.
Most online sellers don't fail because of their product. They fail on operations: stock that arrives late, shipping costs that eat the margin, or no way to grow beyond one country. I solved those problems in my own businesses first. Ecomplug.com, built from 2017 and live since 2021, gives every seller the same infrastructure.
One partner for the whole selling journey, so anyone who sells online in the GCC, or wants to start, can grow across borders without building the infrastructure alone.
